I agree leftards use global warming as an tool to generate more state control by employing the old emotive crap to win their augment. You must agree with us, or you're racist, or sexist, or bigoted or in this case to save the world, but the evidence for global warming is strong. The problem, as I see it, is a lack of scientific understanding and an misguided reliance on date. Perhaps believing that scientific data is able to prove everything about the universe. It is important people understand the Laws of Thermodynamics here. Basically 1st Law states 1 + 1 = 2. 2nd Law states that it is remarkably difficult to prove that. At school we called this experimental error, when in truth its a reality error. Scientists call this Entropy.
Scientific data, therefore, taken on its own is probably inconsistent and unreliable. Meaning the 100s of websites hunting down data conspiracy plots are achieving nothing, other than proving the existence of entropy. There needs to be a counter explanation/ philosophy. So allow me:
1. 'Greenhouse' property of gases seen in water vapour as humidity
2. The Iron Bridge Gorge in Shropshire evidence landscape shaped by glaciation, i.e. there's been a climate change.
3. Acceptance Dinosaurs died out 65MA by meorite and/or Deccan Traps is an acceptance that surface processes able to determine the composition of the atmosphere, which in term causes climate change.
4. Don't believe in dinosaurs? OK, explain how 90% + of all marine species et al were wiped out at the P/T extinction event if not for the Siberian Traps?
5. Why is the planet Venus so hot if that temperature is 100% unrelated to its dense carbon dioxide atmosphere? Is your theory also able to explain why Mars is cooler?
You get the idea. For the record, I don't believe Green taxes and greater State control will achieve anything and we just have to adapt to whatever happens in the future
